Terms of engagement

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms apply to paid work with Klyra. A signed proposal or email confirmation can add commercial details (KPI, spend, performance fee). If there is a conflict, the written confirmation for that engagement wins.

Retainers

Growth (£500/month) and Growth+ (£750/month) are monthly retainers. Scale (£1,000/month) is a flat retainer with no performance fee. Website builds billed separately sit between £500 and £1,000 depending on scope. Hosting, if taken, is £20/month.

Retainers run month to month. Either party can end the retainer with 30 days’ written notice.

Performance fee

Growth and Growth+ may include a performance fee, agreed in writing before we start (a percentage of attributed new-customer revenue, or a fixed fee per qualified enquiry). Scale is a flat retainer with no performance fee.

Results guarantee (written KPIs)

We work on a 90-day period. If the KPIs we agreed are not hit and you do not get the results, we work with you for free until you get a return.

The free work covers our management time until the agreed return is delivered. It does not refund ad spend paid to Meta or other platforms, and it does not refund one-off website build fees already delivered.

The guarantee does not apply if:

  • Creative or landing pages were not approved within five business days of being sent
  • Tracking pixels or conversion events were removed or blocked
  • Agreed ad spend was not funded
  • The offer, price, or availability changed materially after launch without agreement

Ad accounts and creative

You remain the advertiser of record. Where we operate your Meta account, you keep access. Creative we produce for your campaigns may be used by you after the engagement ends; we may show anonymised work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Strategy calls

Introductory calls are free and without obligation. Booking details are handled as described in our privacy policy.
