Privacy policy

Klyra (“we”, “us”) is based in the United Kingdom. This page explains what we collect when you use this website or send a strategy-call request.

What we collect

If you submit the booking form we store:

• Your name, business name, email address, and phone number
• Preferred call time
• Any notes you choose to write about your business

These fields are emailed to charles@klyraaiagency.com so a person at Klyra can reply. A copy may also be stored in our booking database (hosted by Supabase). They are not used to train a public model or sold to third parties.

Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call, and — if we work together — to run your account. Legal basis: your request to take steps before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if we do not start work, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, we keep records as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email charles@klyraaiagency.com. A person replies within one business day.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently run advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.
